Join a leading security company as a Data Centre Security Officer. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, providing exceptional customer service to create a safe and professional environment.
The successful candidate will maintain the highest standards of data integrity, conducting patrols of the interior and exterior of the data centre facility and monitoring cameras in the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
Responsibilities include preparing reports on incidents responded to during shift, identifying security shortfalls and offering suggestions for improvement, and maintaining logs and records in accordance with the Data Centre Standard Operations Procedure (SOP).
Requirements:
- Current AGSVA NV-1 clearance and current State Based VIC Security Licence with Class 1E Monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience is essential
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills required
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Basic to Intermediate PC skills (MS Suite)
