Job Title: Clinical Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a professional to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, foster loyalty, and ensure retention.

This role offers relationship-building opportunities, introducing prescribers to our platform and supporting them to become long-term advocates. You will be the face of our organization in the field - forging trusted partnerships, deepening clinical engagement, and ensuring clinicians choose us as their preferred platform.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value prescribers; foster loyalty to ensure retention.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective prescribers and network partners to build relationships, uncover needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our model.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of influential prescribers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Successfully onboard and support new prescribers by providing training, support, and guidance to ensure seamless integration into our systems, compliance requirements, and clinical pathways.
  • Facilitate the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build trust by engaging regularly with clinicians, providing support and proactively identifying issues so we can respond swiftly and effectively to increase retention rate.
  • Stay informed on emerging industry trends and competitor activity to position our organization as a trusted and credible partner.
  • Represent our organization in clinics and at industry events, building referral networks that generate measurable returns.
  • Deliver on KPIs across prescriber recruitment and retention.

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting to support business growth.
