Job Description

As a Senior Software Specialist, you will be the trusted advisor for software clients, helping them maximize the value of their investments and ensuring overall satisfaction and loyalty. Your key role is to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving the adoption, expansion, and renewal of software offerings.

You will work closely with Client Managers and Service delivery Managers to ensure seamless and effective client engagement. You will create and manage Software Success plans that promote accelerated software usage and feature adoption, aligning your efforts with clients' business and operational objectives.

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting regular training programs to guide clients on utilizing specific software features, as well as identifying and seizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will ensure regular business reviews are held to demonstrate the value of our solutions, and you will be responsible for reporting success metrics back to our organization and its vendors.

As the conduit between our Client Managers, Professional Services, and Consulting teams, you will document case studies and design best practices for software-defined infrastructure, usage, and adoption. You will also support Client Success Managers in securing successful on-time renewals, making sure we fully leverage vendor rebates and lifecycle credits.
