Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to provide top-notch administrative and customer service support in a workshop environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, ordering parts, tracking records, and assisting with the scheduling of workshop activities.



About the Role
  • Provide exceptional administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Coordinate resources, order parts, track records, and assist with scheduling workshop activities
  • Source and organize materials required for servicing, repair, and maintenance of plant and equipment
  • Assist with effective scheduling of workshop activities


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service
  • Certificate in Administration, fleet management, or related field
  • Proven sound interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proven well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer literacy with efficient typing speed and experience in Microsoft Office suite and other corporate software
  • Knowledge and understanding of principles and practices of equal employment opportunity and work health and safety
