Education Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs in areas such as business, IT, and digital literacy.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective program strategies
- Provide leadership and support to trainers and staff members
- Evaluate student performance and satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Contribute to marketing and promotion efforts
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in vocational education and training
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of ASQA standards and RTO compliance
- Proven ability to manage programs and lead teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
- A First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- A C Class Driver's Licence
