Job Title: Store Operations Leader

The role of a Store Operations Leader is to oversee and manage the daily store operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for employees and customers alike. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Supervise and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth store operations


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or trade environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
