Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily store operations and support team development in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team and manage operations to achieve success in conjunction with Store Managers
  • Coach and develop team members to provide genuine service and create memorable moments for customers
  • Ensure a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers by implementing safety protocols
  • Set a positive example at all times and take on opening and closing responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for advanced roles
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations expertise
  • Ideal candidate possesses mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license required
  • Ability to perform duties with physical capacity to handle heavy products
  • Prioritise safety

Lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving are essential aspects of this role.
