Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brisbane Ann Street. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional learning programs that meet the needs of our children, while promoting a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality educational programs that align with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with senior educators and educational leaders to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our centre's educational programs and practices

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, as well as current working with children check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues
