Landscaping Development Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Landscaping Development Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in landscape construction, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation and construction of various landscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features.
  • Develop proficiency in proper excavation techniques, including grading and leveling.
  • Support the preparation and installation of irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
  • Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in landscape construction, such as power tools, compactors, and concrete mixers.
  • Contribute to plant installation and maintenance, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Support the construction of outdoor structures, such as pergolas, decks, and fences.
  • Develop the ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans and blueprints.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
  • Ability to hold a white card.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
