Practice Operations Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced practice manager to drive the success of our business in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimise workflow processes across the organisation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, working closely with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
  • Promote business development initiatives and manage marketing materials to raise awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, driving growth and innovation.
  • Manage office operations and procedures to maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Liaise with IT and facilities teams to address infrastructure and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Establish and enforce office policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture.
  • Organise annual events, including training sessions and conferences, to foster teamwork and professional development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar practice management or senior administrative role, preferably in financial planning services.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn practice management systems.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
