Job Title: Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant in Victoria Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and enjoys working with customers.

  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
  • Assist in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures

About the Role

This Sales Assistant position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the retail floor, including operating Point of Sale devices, collecting and pricing donations, and maintaining store presentation.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point of Sale systems;
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures;
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
