Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Producer to lead our dynamic team in bringing innovative ideas to life. This key role is responsible for managing end-to-end creative production, ensuring each project meets the required standards, is delivered on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong visual eye and a background in content-led storytelling. They will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans.

This is a hands-on producing role, requiring a high level of organisation, financial acumen, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering TVCs, branded content, and lifestyle campaigns, and will be confident working with internal creative teams and external production agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative process from brief interpretation to final delivery
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans
  • Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring creative integrity throughout
  • Source and manage talent, crew, and suppliers to bring projects to life
  • Manage critical paths and budgets for both small and large-scale projects
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a producing role
  • Proven experience delivering TVCs, branded content, and lifestyle campaigns
  • Strong organisational and financial skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication and collaboration skills
