Job Description

The Creative Technologist plays a pivotal role in driving innovation across various media channels, delivering high-quality content at scale through cutting-edge technology and workflows.

  • Collaborate with creatives to drive ideation and pitches for omnichannel concepts working across TV, print, digital, social, AR/VR, and interactive formats.
  • Craft fresh and relevant ideas bringing brands into culture and resonating with audiences across sectors like fashion, finance, tech, and travel.
  • Present and sell creative concepts confidently to internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Support sales and delivery teams to meet performance targets.
  • Understand high-level production costs for creative tech (Gen AI, AR, VR, 3D, interactive content) ensuring projects are delivered within budgets.
  • Oversee creative from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and cost-efficient production.
  • Champion and enable use of creative technology tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Google, Canva, emerging AI solutions) to facilitate 'content at scale'.
  • Leverage industry networks to assemble talent and technology partners for efficient execution.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements
  1. Experience across multiple content formats: long-form, short-form, social campaigns, interactive & immersive content.
  2. Deep knowledge of digital storytelling, emerging tech (AI, AR, VR, 3D), and virtual experiences.
  3. Proficient with creative technology suites such as Adobe, Google, and Canva.
  4. Ability to evaluate technical proposals and architectures.
  5. Experience managing relationships with dev teams and technical vendors.
  6. Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices.
  7. Proven ability to translate between creative vision and technical requirements.
  8. A strong industry network and experience in creative, digital, or advertising roles (agency or brand-side).
  9. Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams while ensuring high standards and efficiency.
