Senior Regional Manager

We are seeking a seasoned agricultural leader to drive innovation in the grains industry.

The Senior Regional Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships between research partners and stakeholders in the southern region.

You will lead a high-performing team, support regional investment panels, and engage with growers and stakeholders to deliver on our purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as our senior representative in the southern region, building productive relationships with research partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead the regional team and ensure effective delivery of programs.
  • Provide strategic advice on capacity, capability, and impact in the region.
  • Support regional panels and contribute to national strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee regional office operations, including financial management and infrastructure.
  • Lead procurement, contract, and project management activities to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to corporate strategy.

About you:

  • Degree in Agricultural Science or equivalent.
  • Experienced leader with deep knowledge and passion for the grains industry.
  • Proven ability to build networks across agriculture and research sectors.
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic brokering, and team leadership.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to align regional initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and operational management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
