The role: Business performance partner

You'll be the key point of contact for your assigned customer group, ensuring smooth financial back-office operations and unlocking long-term value from our services.

Guiding customers through onboarding, managing service delivery, resolving issues, and proactively engaging clients with insights and advice will be your core responsibilities.

Supported by our Customer Solutions team, Marketplace Experts, and Quality Review and Automation tooling, you'll ensure customers experience our service promise.

This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to drive positive customer outcomes.

We're looking for a CA-qualified accountant who thrives in client-facing roles, is passionate about customer success, and can translate financial insights into actionable strategies.

Experience in client relationship management, technical accounting, and proficiency in digital tooling and workflow platforms are essential.
