Senior Client Advocate

We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and execute on pre-determined Annual Net Sales plans by cultivating strong customer relationships and executing the Tiffany Touch strategy.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling skills in accordance with TCO training modules and standards.
- Cultivate customers through personalized interactions and develop practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
- Embodies luxury standards in presentation and behavior, manages customer issues/complaints and becomes an active member of the store team.
- Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience and demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics, excellent communication skills – verbal and written, and strong computer skills – Word, Excel and CRM.
