Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Role: You will be responsible for managing a team of customer success managers and support representatives, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding process for new clients, setting them up for success with our platform.
  • Customer Growth: Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and customer insights to monitor platform usage and encourage feature adoption, driving revenue growth.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop tailored plans to retain and re-engage them.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a SaaS Customer Success role, with previous experience managing or mentoring team members ideal.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
