Test Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead our testing capabilities for a Workforce Management System Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end testing strategy, including UAT, SIT Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Test Management and strong experience leading a small testing team and working with vendors. They should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:

  • Plan and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for the solution
  • Estimate test effort and prioritize testing tasks within the project test team
  • Provide quality assurance of vendor deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project artefacts throughout the lifecycle of the project

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive testing plan that meets the requirements of the project
  • Lead a small team of testers in executing the testing strategy
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure their deliverables meet the project requirements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing activities and results

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Test Management
  • Strong experience leading a small testing team and working with vendors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior Government experience would be beneficial
