Foreman/Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking skilled tradesmen to work on multiple commercial construction projects in the Victoria, KS area. As a Foreman and Lead Journeyman HVAC Sheetmetal Installer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-3 workers, assigning tasks, maintaining proper material levels, and reporting daily to the project manager.
Key qualifications include the ability to work independently from blueprints, verified record of leading a team, and possession of basic tools of the trade. You must also pass a pre-employment drug and background screening upon arrival.
Required Skills:- HVAC Sheetmetal Installation experience
- Leadership skills
- Able to work independently
