Job Title: Food Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate in Gladstone.

  • This role involves working Monday - Friday with a well-established company in a team environment.

The Position:

  • As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for food and beverage responsibilities with a focus on high volume coffee.
  • You will utilize your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision.
  • Your responsibilities will include cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine.
  • Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings.
  • You will provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You may also be required to perform basic food preparation and functional support when needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for a Food Service Associate who possesses good communication skills with a team-first mentality.
  • A great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task is essential.
  • Prior Catering Assistant experience is preferred.
  • You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar corporate environment.
  • You should be open to driving a vehicle to deliver and drop off charity meals locally.
  • A baseline security clearance is also required.
