About the Role
  • We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative sustainability strategies and plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the design, development, and implementation of sustainability strategies and risk frameworks;
  • Supporting the Group's assessment of climate change and environmental risks and working with teams to develop transition plans;
  • Preparing annual Sustainability reports in alignment with market-leading reporting frameworks;
  • Maintaining awareness of external sustainability trends, risks, legal developments, and policy changes;
  • Executing sustainability/ESG compliance and external reporting tasks;
  • Developing draft briefing materials and contributing to presentations to senior stakeholders;
  • Supporting the leadership and management of the Sustainability Ambassadors program by engaging and educating employees on sustainability initiatives;
  • Collecting, cleaning, and maintaining sustainability, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data to ensure accuracy and quality;
  • Developing business intelligence dashboards and visualizations to track key sustainability metrics and support strategic objectives;
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and presenting actionable recommendations;

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Economics, or Sustainability-related disciplines;
  • 2-4 years of experience in sustainability within a corporate or consultancy environment with relevant tertiary qualifications;
  • Able to solve complex problems, think strategically, and drive organizational change;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills;
  • Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and trends;
