Senior Account Manager Role

About the Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to drive performance and professional growth.\
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proactive client-focused selling to exceed sales and market share targets.\
  • Maintain and grow client portfolios across both agency and direct businesses.\
  • Build strong relationships and stay updated on products to achieve team and individual revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.\
  • Proven experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions within the media or advertising industry.\
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maximize value for clients and the business.\
  • 3-5 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience with a proven track record of success.
