This Role Will Include
- Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that services meet established standards.
- Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensuring that services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitoring performance and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and reduce risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the quality management team for our advisory service line.
- Designing and implementing fit-for-purpose quality policies, procedures, processes, and resources.
- Providing staff with appropriate software tools, technical manuals, guidance materials, learning and technical support to perform engagements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpreting findings, deficiencies and related root causes from internal and external monitoring and information-gathering processes.
About You
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance or a related field.
- Experience in professional services with strong knowledge of relevant professional services standards and regulations.
- Professional certifications such as certified quality auditor (CQA), certified risk manager (CRM) or similar will be highly regarded.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in quality assurance, risk management or a related field within the professional services environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes.
- Proven track record of managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Experience in training and developing staff on quality and risk management practices.
