Seeking a skilled professional to coordinate flight training activities.

About the Role

This position involves planning, scheduling and coordinating tasks related to flight and simulator training activities for the AH-64E Apache helicopter program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the successful delivery of training continuum course schedules and pilot pathway events.
  • Assist in rescheduling efforts for all training event changes, including supporting schedule risk assessment and alternative plan analysis.
  • Provide documentation to justify and support changes, including identification of issues related to delays, changes or impacts pertaining to the scheduling within the flight training continuum.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in flying operations support and programming roles.
  • Demonstrated track record in improving processes and productivity.
  • Exceptional communication skills with business stakeholders.
