About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader who can manage and coach branch staff and operations. The successful candidate will lead profitability of the branch and be responsible for all WHS&E and HR policy conformance.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of the manufacturing industry, experience working in and supervising a busy branch environment, demonstrated salesmanship and sales process knowledge, proven ability to build an extensive network in QLD or have an existing network, and a committed attitude to engaging and working with the team to deliver success.

Key Responsibilities
