Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage procurement processes, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversight of logistics and transportation networks, optimising routing and shipping methods to improve delivery times.
- Management of import/export operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and collaborating with customs brokers and government agencies.
- Team Leadership, guiding and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics principles, and transportation management systems.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP and supply chain software (e.g. Pronto).
Requirements
- Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and import/export.
