Senior Case Manager – Self Insurance | Personal Injury | NSW or Queensland
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of claims for clients, including interpretation and application of various legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of claims for clients.
- Interpret and apply various legislation and regulations.
- Assess injuries, including reviewing medical reports and surgical requests.
- Assess damages and negotiate settlements.
- Provide instructions to legal counsel.
- Liaise with key external stakeholders, including brokers, insureds, solicitors, doctors, and claimants.
- Utilize claims management systems.
- Develop strategies to progress matters towards resolution.
- Assist in the retention of major clients by providing outstanding customer service.
About You:
- Experience in a claims management role within workers compensation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex situations in a timely manner.
- Proactive with a drive to learn and develop skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changes.
