Land Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced land management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and diverse landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain mowers, tractors, small plant machinery, and powered and non-powered hand tools.
  • Carry out general grounds keeping tasks including debris and rubbish clean-up, cleaning of outdoor features, and line marking.
  • Propagate, plant, and revegetate diverse landscapes.
  • Assist with gardening duties including mulching, pruning, hedging, turf care, and cleaning of storm water pits and open drains.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience.
  • Have experience operating a tractor (under 4.5 tonne).
  • Be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Work within an Environmental Management System.
  • Exhibit problem solving and solutions focused abilities.
