About Us

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive travel coordinator to join our team in a permanent full-time role.

  • Coordinate and manage duty travel bookings for employees, contractors and corporate stakeholders ensuring operational efficiency during disruptions.
  • Communicate travel arrangements effectively and handle changes promptly.
  • Reconcile travel data and expenses accurately supporting financial efficiency.
  • Respond efficiently to operational events during crew disruptions.
  • Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with allowance officer functions including reporting auditing and data reconciliation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly organised proactive and has a strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team.

  • Experience in high-volume travel bookings and operational coordination.
  • Advanced Excel and multi-platform system skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

As a Duty Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing duty travel bookings for employees contractors and corporate stakeholders ensuring operational efficiency during disruptions while supporting financial and administrative processes.

You will have experience in high-volume travel bookings and operational coordination and possess advanced Excel and multi-platform system skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team.
