Project Management Role Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled Project Management Office Lead to oversee and manage various estate-related activities, including maintenance requests, survey & quote initiatives, and estate works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient completion of all estate maintenance, managing the execution of estate works projects, and aligning with strategic objectives and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in stakeholder management, budget control, and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the processing and management of estate maintenance to ensure timely completion.
  2. Manage and supervise the execution of estate works projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and standards.
  3. Lead the coordination of survey initiatives and prepare quotes for estate work projects.
  4. Conduct regular safety performance reviews of ongoing projects to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  5. Evaluate the quality of current projects, ensuring that all work meets established standards.
  6. Identify areas for process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement best practices.
About You

We are looking for an experienced project manager with at least 7 years of experience, 3 years of which should be in a leadership role within a similar industry. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software is essential.

Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance are required.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to implement and manage continuous improvement processes within a project management framework.

Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
