Job Title: Senior Estate Manager

About the Role:

As a seasoned estate manager, you will oversee various estate-related activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion. This is a permanent full-time position that could be based at any of our main bases in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of estate maintenance requests, survey & quote activities, and estate works.
  • Review and approve project proposals.
  • Oversee the processing and management of all estate maintenance to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and supervise the execution of estate works projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
  • Lead the coordination of survey initiatives and prepare quotes for estate work projects.
  • Conduct regular safety performance reviews to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Evaluate the quality of current projects to ensure all work meets established standards.

About You:

  • 7 years of experience in estate management, with at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including working with government agencies and contractors.
  • Experience in budget control and management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to estate works.
