People and Culture Role

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with site leaders and the broader HR team in a medium to large manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Providing day-to-day HR advice to leaders and team members within structured frameworks
  • Supporting processes including performance reviews, training coordination, and compliance
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure policy and legislative compliance
  • Contributing to initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and development

Key Responsibilities

As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating all aspects of recruitment and onboarding
  2. Providing expert HR advice to leaders and team members
  3. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance
  5. Working closely with the HR team to achieve business objectives
