About the Role

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' online presence through strategic direction, communication, research, and market analysis. This exciting opportunity requires a motivated individual who is passionate about SEO and can manage complex campaigns across multiple tiers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and online, with the ability to build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Additionally, they should stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SEO, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.

  • Lead SEO campaign deliverables and strategy in line with client objectives
  • Conduct thorough reporting and data analysis, including identifying trends and patterns in website traffic and user behavior
  • Perform advanced keyword research and analysis, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, market analysis, and website audits
  • Utilize SEO tools such as AHREFS, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • Manage deliverables in Asana and provide training and support to team members as required
Requirements
  • 4+ years of agency experience in a similar role
  • A comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization
  • Advanced working knowledge of SEO tools, including SEMrush, AHREFs, and Screaming Frog
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (GA) and Google Search Console (GSC)
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Experience leading teams and utilizing Asana and Hubspot an advantage
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and develop long-term trusting relationships
  • Clear-spoken English and excellent communication skills
