We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work across various facets of the real estate industry, including investment, funds management, capital markets and direct property. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist advisory firm focused on helping clients define, structure and deliver complex real estate and social infrastructure projects.

While we are an advisory business at heart, we have a significant pipeline of development management work with private developers in addition to our government and not-for-profit partnerships. This role offers a chance to work across strategy, commercial advisory and delivery, partnering with clients to bring high-impact developments to life.

The Role
  • Analyse significant development and renewal projects, particularly in public and affordable housing as part of critical social infrastructure.
  • Prepare robust financial models and development feasibilities that inform client investment and delivery decisions.
  • Support market soundings, procurement processes and contracting of development partners and community housing providers.
  • Act as an owner's representative, managing the DA/SSDA process to help secure approvals and enable project delivery.
  • Contribute to other strategic and commercial advisory assignments as required.
Key Requirements
  • 2–5 years' experience in consulting, property advisory, development management or related fields.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. property, commerce, economics, planning or related discipline).
  • A genuine interest in real estate living sectors, social infrastructure and development strategy.
  • A willingness to learn quickly, contribute ideas and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
