About our Dispute Resolution Team

This role is part of a high-energy dedicated team, working with one of our largest clients. The team defends claims made in the Fair Work Commission in accordance with the Digital Labour Platform Deactivation Code by 'employee-like workers' who have been deactivated from digital labour platforms.

You will work across this entire stream of claims and support a dedicated team of Lawyers and Paralegals, as well as appear as advocate in the Fair Work Commission hearings with their support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defend claims made in the Fair Work Commission in accordance with the Digital Labour Platform Deactivation Code;
  • Support a dedicated team of Lawyers and Paralegals;
  • Apear as advocate in the Fair Work Commission hearings;
