About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dispute Resolution Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for defending claims made in the Fair Work Commission on behalf of one of our largest clients.
In this role, you will work closely with a high-energy team to support Lawyers and Paralegals in their daily activities, as well as appear as an advocate in Fair Work Commission hearings. You will be supervised and mentored by experienced partners who foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
To succeed in this position, you will require excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional advocacy skills. You must also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have experience managing and mentoring junior staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
