Job Description

The role of a Spiritual Guidance Worker is to provide essential support for the well-being of students in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Offer spiritual guidance and personal support to students.

This is a permanent part-time position involving 14 hours of work per week. It requires dedication and compassion to promote a caring school culture.

Requirements
  • Be a practicing Catholic.
  • Understand and support the Catholic Identity and mission of the school.
  • Develop excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the broader community.
  • Demonstrate good organizational ability and capacity to work in a school environment.
Qualifications
  • Hold a valid paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Complete anaphylaxis training.
  • Meet NSCP minimum qualification requirements (Certificate IV in Youth Work or Pastoral Care or equivalent).
