At DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge, we are committed to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Food and Beverage outlets meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop a high-performing team of Food and Beverage professionals
  • Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work within budgeted guidelines to ensure that all Food and Beverage outlets are profitable
  • Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team to ensure that they are innovative and appealing to our guests
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes to ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and managed
  • Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Deputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
About You:
  • Have full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered)
  • Physically be based in the Perth Metropolitan area (highly regarded)
  • Approved Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Financial Systems
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Excellent grooming standards
