Key Responsibilities

The Production Planner will ensure optimal DC productivity and timely dispatch of store orders, identifies trends in performance deviations and works closely with the automation DC to analyse root causes and provide remedies.

  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture within your team, leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent practices exist within the DC and across the Primary Connect network
  • Manage and monitor operational KPI's to ensure resource planning is within budget and meets volume forecasts

The ideal candidate will have proven Operational experience working in Supply Chain or manufacturing environments, experience in FMCG, Distribution, retail, people management, knowledge of relevant OH&S and RTW legislation, experience with Warehouse Management Systems, and ability to drive engagement at all levels of the business.
