Inventory Planning Analyst Role

This position involves strategic inventory planning, ensuring optimal levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuous analysis to review data-driven recommendations for operational improvements
  • Maintain targets such as excess stock reduction, policy fill rate improvement, total inventory, and buffers
  • Review shortages to security stock targets and regional demand plans, taking action accordingly
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures to improve inventory position
  • Analyse opportunities to reduce excess inventory and maintain healthy inventory levels
  • Provide analysis and drive continuous improvements
  • SUPPORT AND DELIVER STRATEGIC INVENTORY MANAGEMENT PROJECTS
  • Monitor SKUs and maintain planning requirements through systems and processes
  • Collaborate with managers to advance Spare Parts KPIs
  • Conduct Sales & Operations (S&OP) to obtain necessary data from Regional, Parts & Supply Chain Teams for optimized purchase recommendations
