Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and promote best practices across Development, CI/CD, infrastructure management, release governance, and security.
  • Develop a DevOps strategy and maturity model, establish standards for development, CI/CD pipelines, and guide the adoption of secure, automated, and compliant delivery practices.
  • Foster a DevOps culture across the organization by facilitating knowledge sharing, aligning cross-functional teams, and uplifting capability through enablement and governance.
  • Define and drive the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with engineering and business goals.
  • Champion a DevOps culture by advocating for collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement across Development, Operations, QA, and Security teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps transformation, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or enablement capacity.
  • Proven experience guiding the adoption of DevOps practices, tools, and frameworks across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and rolling out DevOps standards, maturity models, and enablement programs.
  • Experience producing playbooks, templates, and reference architectures for DevOps practices.
