As a key member of our team, you will provide expert commercial contracting advice to support business growth.
About the OpportunityThis is a hybrid position based in Sydney. The role is offered as a 12-month contractual engagement and can be performed from any of our offices across Australia.
- Work closely with our professionals and teams to negotiate and manage high-value pursuits and agreements, including large-scale transformation projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally on complex global contracting initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering proactive, commercial legal advice.
- An unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
- At least 8 years' post-admission experience gained in a top or leading firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
