About Us

We're looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers to join our team as Technical Duty Officers. In this role, you'll drive enduring reliability across all products and services by leading technical response to high severity incidents and building robust processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the incident management process to ensure streamlined decision-making and quick resolution during critical outages.
  • Provide expert leadership to coordinate multiple teams and promote SRE principles within Engineering.
  • Develop scalable process frameworks and observability strategies to ensure rapid problem diagnosis, response, and service reliability.
  • Collaborate with product teams to analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • You have previous experience as a Site Reliability Engineer in an Operations or Engineering environment.
  • You possess strong coding experience (preferably with Python) and hands-on experience troubleshooting AWS hosted services.
  • You have networking knowledge and can troubleshoot TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNSSEC, IPsec, and BGP issues.
  • You're an excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical issues/concepts into actionable plans.
