Job Description:
As a dedicated Transport Office Administrator, you will support our day-to-day operations at Regency Park office. This full-time role involves managing invoicing, customer service inquiries, data entry, and consignment notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-forwarder invoices and provide accurate quotes
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and liaise with clients daily
- Process data entry, check invoicing, and manage consignment notes
- Ensure timely handling of customer requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferably in warehouse, transport, or logistics environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with varied customers.
- Proactive customer service approach
- Reliable and independent work with minimal supervision
- Experience in bookings and coordination of transport
- Understanding of operations process in distribution company
- Experience using Office 365
