The Role

  1. Lead with Energy : Be a hands-on leader who motivates your team to create unforgettable experiences
  2. Boost Revenue : Run amazing shifts, drive up and cross selling to enhance the guest experience and go the extra mile to wow our guests
  3. Create WOW Spaces : Transform our venue into the ultimate FUN destination
  4. Support Your Team : Inspire and coach a high-energy team of customer service, bartender and function host pros
  5. Handle Operations : Take on front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more
  6. Cultivate Culture : Build a collaborative, inclusive vibe that makes coming to work exciting
  7. Grow and Shine : Develop your skills and those of your team while mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue
  8. You'll need to be available to work nights and weekends

The Essentials

  • Minimum 1 year people management experience
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities
  • Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
