Influencer Talent Manager Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Influencer Talent Manager to excel in a key role at our growing talent management agency.

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for the influencer marketing space, up-to-date knowledge of social trends, and exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Partnership Management: Interpreting client briefs and providing strategic negotiations and discussions in alignment with creator goals
  • Talent Roster Development: Scouting and building a strong talent roster to ensure high performance aligned with business objectives
  • Creator Scheduling: Scheduling and managing creator partnership calendars to ensure deadlines are met
  • Creator Growth Support: Providing proactive support in development and feedback to foster creator growth
  • Campaign Implementation: Managing campaign implementation and ensuring creator is briefed in detail, contract finalisation, and effective communication with clients and talent
  • Onboarding and Partnerships: Onboarding creators and fostering long-term meaningful partnerships
  • Talent Marketing Materials: Maintaining upkeep and accuracy of all allocated talent marketing materials and media kits

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Talent Management role
