Opportunity Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane office as part of our expansion plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruitment for your own desk, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent.
- Business Development and client management - build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries to understand their hiring needs and create opportunities for growth.
- Participate in daily job catch-ups to contribute to team goals and objectives.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, new and existing relationships, including regular contact and follow-up opportunities.
- Attend training sessions, business development meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Establish, grow, and maintain professional working relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ad-hoc projects such as CRM/tech reviews, input into office design, culture-changing ideas, website updates, and general marketing activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 24 months recruitment experience and a proven billing track record.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to contribute ideas to peers and business leaders.
- A service-first mindset and a desire to be part of a successful story.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency preferred; 482 visa transfer option available.
