As a Senior Consultant at Nous Group, you will have the opportunity to broaden your consulting skills, work on complex projects, and take ownership of specific domains or work streams.

You will lead client consultations, build project coordination capabilities, and support the development of junior consultants.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in Organisational Development, Workforce, Leadership, and Capability, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

To be considered for this role, you must have Australian Permanent Residency or the right to work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams
  • Lead client consultations and other client engagements
  • Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects
  • Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients
  • Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers
  • Stay across latest news and developments in the industry
  • Support, guide, and develop others on projects

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, Leadership, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment with a focus on Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Leadership Assessment and Development, Workforce Development, Learning and Development, Coaching, and Facilitation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
