Veterinary Clinic Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager to oversee all aspects of our clinic, ensuring exceptional customer experience and high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
- Our Practice Manager will be responsible for leading operational and people matters, including communications, procedures, and business services.
- They will also lead on employee matters, such as recruitment, workforce planning, rosters, health and wellbeing, recognition awards, people performance, training, and development.
- Additionally, they will engage in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, marketing, digital services, social media, complaint resolution, and compliments.
- Furthermore, they will manage the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, and profit and loss.
- Finally, they will ensure work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment, and cleaning and presentation standards.
About You:
- You must have at least 2 years in a clinical position or head nurse role in a veterinary or animal-related field.
- You should be committed to high standards of service excellence and clinical care.
- You should have experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills and computer confidence.
- You should possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- You should have a good understanding of people and employment obligations.
- You should have a good knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- You may have experience or interest in change champion and project management.
- You should have a genuine, warm, and supportive style that enjoys caring for people who care for animals.
