About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with Designers, Technicians, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Directors to assist in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures.

  • Prepare project estimates and collect data for analysis.
  • Prepare documents, including reports and drawings.
  • Conduct quality assurance control on all finished work to ensure it meets agreed specifications.
  • Identify and resolve engineering problems during construction to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician.
  • Proficiency in using CAD and Revit.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A sound understanding of industry OH&S responsibilities and requirements.
  • A strong background in construction detailing and problem-solving.
  • A sound ability to read and understand design documents and scopes of work.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required and work flexibly.
  • Proficiency in English, with fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.
